I can't say enough positive things about Nara Brown Long Realty and her team. Nara assisted us with negotiating and purchasing a home before it was listed for sale. Nara was aware of our requirements for buying a home, prioritizing the area and the year built. When we became aware that a home was probably going to go on the market in the area we were focusing on, Nara contacted the out-of-state owners and was able to negotiate the sale before the house went on the market. This ensured that we were able to purchase the home and not lose the sale to a potentially higher bidder. Nara and her team far exceeded our expectations. She is extremely knowledgeable regarding the Tucson Real Estate Market and will always tell you if she thinks a property is priced right and will provide supporting evidence. She is extremely patient, and an excellent negotiator who can handle difficult and complex situations, and difficult people. She always made sure we were kept informed by giving us updates throughout the entire transaction. Nara Brown and her team, especially Joanne White, were always available to answer any questions and handle any situation that arose. She ensured a smooth closing and was present for the entire inspection. She has an excellent working relationship with individual companies and was able to recommend companies to get inspection issues resolved. Nara also handled the sale of our Catalina Foothills Home which required extra consideration and skill. Our home was smaller than other homes in the area, however, due to the location and all the custom upgrades, she was able to sell our home at a considerably higher per sq ft price than other homes in the area with similar sq ft. Because of Nara Brown and her team's professionalism, attention to detail, and going the extra mile for us, we would highly recommend them for any of your real estate needs.

I happened to see that Long Realty had many listings in the North Tucson area. I was living in Texas last December when I called Genie. From the very beginning as a new client looking for a new home in the Tucson area Genie Johnson made me feel at ease and was so welcoming. She listened to me and understood that even though I told her was not quite ready to move or buy for at least 6 months. But I was definitely ready to start looking. Even then Genie valued me as a client. She started by asking qualifying questions on what was important to me and ultimately led me to the Oro Valley area. She set me up with a great in-house tool that let me view listings that became available and met my criteria. It was great. I could keep a list of favorites and then visit with Genie about them. I never felt any pressure and I valued Genie's expertise and recommendations. I flew out to Tucson in February, met with Genie and immediately knew I had a gem in Genie. We viewed homes for two days together. I did not find a house that trip. However, there were many Facetime Showings that Genie went to on my behalf while I sat in Texas on my computer. Can't say enough good things about Genie working weekends, answering questions at all hours, finding out answers when something needed clarification and always with a smile. The team at Long Realty as a whole works so well together. Joanne, the Office assistant is great with providing documents promptly pertaining to all aspects of my home sale. There was even a day that Genie promised me a showing but had a conflict so ask if a coworker realtor would be acceptable to Facetime it with me. It worked out fine. Also, the availability of having an in-house Long Insurance Group was very helpful and they do offer competitive rates with various carriers. So Yes, I've bought my home and will be moving into it with my dog in just a few weeks and we cant wait! I could not have done it without Genie and the Long Insurance Group Team.

My husband and I were from out-of-state and looking to purchase a home in Saddlebrooke. Not knowing anyone, we relied on an internet search to find a realtor. The Nara Brown Team’s website sold us because of the wealth of helpful information and videos they posted which were especially helpful to people like ourselves who were not local. We thank our lucky stars we contacted Nara, who connected us with Valerie, a buyer’s agent. Nara’s entire team offers exceptional and complete customer service. They are professional, knowledgeable, prompt, efficient, friendly, and always available with help, even anticipating our needs in advance. Valerie is simply an excellent buyer’s agent, period. Nara is fortunate to have her on the team. From thoughtfully selecting around six homes for us to tour that met our criteria, to offering her experienced feedback, to making sure we moved through the purchase process smoothly, Valerie was on top of every detail, and quickly, too. We were on a tight schedule, and Valerie even managed to set up inspections with at least six different qualified and vetted professionals so that they all arrived on the same morning, which was a huge help to us. The house we purchased was fully furnished, but we could not use some of the larger pieces. Valerie found folks in the area who could use what we could not, and even arranged for the furniture to be picked up while we were there. This kind gesture of Valerie’s is one example of her going way above and beyond a mere job description. Truly, the whole team is exceptional. Our friends back home could not believe how fast and seamless our home buying experience was with Valerie, Joanne, Transaction Manager, and the rest of the Nara Brown Team. Team is the correct word. When we were interviewing realtors and spoke to Laura, she told us she felt we should price our home at the very top of where the market was at the time - $20k higher than other realtors were recommending. In order to achieve that price, she gave us the list of what we would need to do. She also showed us her team’s marketing resources and past sales statistics, demonstrating that she knew what she was talking about. She and her team are the top realtor in Oro Valley and one of the best in Tucson. As a result, we made the decision to list with her. We are so happy we did! To start with, we were managing the sale process from out-of-state, and there are a number of things we would need to have done to the house pre-listing. Laura gave us great advice; had a list of vetted service providers she could refer us to in each of the area where we needed help and a strong administrative staff (thank you Deb!) to help us coordinate the work. It took us several weeks to get all the work done (during which time the scale of the Corona-virus issue became clear). In any case, the house looked great at the end of the process and Laura’s marketing team captured everything that was best about the property in their photography and marketing materials. This is so critical at a time when online information is so important to buyers, and, for us, at a time when most folks were wanting to limit their exposure to the outside world. Within 48 hours of listing the property, mid-crisis, we had multiple, above list price offers. Unfortunately, issues arose, and the first offer we accepted did not work out. However, Laura and her team helped us solve all the issues, re-listed us, at an even higher price, and once again had an above list-price offer within a day. This one stuck. It is not an easy time to be selling a house, and we ran into a lot of issues we needed to navigate to get through the process. We could not have had a more knowledgeable, experienced advisor. She calmed us down, told us our options at each stage, and coached us through a successful sales process. Our sale closed yesterday, and we could not be happier with the result. Laura is absolutely the best Realtor you could find! I've had negative experiences with every other real estate agent I've dealt with except her. My wife and I used her when moving from Albuquerque to Oro Valley to purchase our home and the whole experience was fantastic. She is easy to communicate with and always quickly responded to our inquiries during the buying process. She had many referrals available for things like HVAC, roofing, pest control, landscape, pool & general home inspection. Laura was always on top of everything. When we decided on a home she worked quickly to get our offer in and accepted since the seller was using a relocation company and she didn't want to have any potential competitors. She coordinated all the inspections we chose and each one not only had a report, but also an estimate for the work that needed to be done so we could easily schedule repairs. Laura is very experienced and knows the market well. We not only got a great price on our home but also received a hefty credit toward items on the inspection reports, which is something I believe most other agents wouldn't have been able to accomplish. Every other real estate agent I've used I would not use again except for Laura Sayers. I can't emphasize enough how great the experience was having her as our buyer's agent and highly recommend her to anyone. It's hard to find a good agent out there but I can assure you Laura is the best!

If you are looking for an experienced realtor to assist you with buying or selling real estate LOOK NO FURTHER! Laura Sayers is outstanding. I have purchased and sold my personal residences using realtors over the past fifty (50) years. I have never dealt with a realtor as competent as Laura. My son and daughter in law were relocating to Arizona from New Mexico and asked me to help them find a realtor in the Oro Valley area. I chose Laura based on the many positive reviews of her work. Needless to say, I was initially somewhat skeptical because despite these reviews I had no personal experience working with Laura and was relying on these reviews. Well I can tell you Laura proved to be everything and more than these reviews outlined. First, let’s talk about communication. How many realtors you have used subscribe to a 10 minute rule? Any phone call, text, or email received during, and even after, normal business hours gets a reply by either Laura personally or one of her staff within 10 minutes of its receipt. I found this to be an absolute with no exceptions. Now let’s talk about knowledge of the market including comparative price points when you have found the home you want. Laura knew the market like the back of her hand. If she tells you the property is overpriced, underpriced or priced right you know it’s based on substantive knowledge based on her skill in comparative marketing. These skills were invaluable in assisting in the selection of a property. Now, let’s look at the area I see as critically important in selecting a realtor, negotiating. I give Laura an A+ in this area. Laura did an absolutely remarkable job in negotiating the sales price for this home. Her negotiation skills were impeccable because she had a complete factual basis to support her demands. You definitely want Laura representing you in negotiating your purchase and or sale. Now let’s talk about what happens after the earnest money agreement is signed. Many times it’s the last time you talk with your realtor and you are handed off to an assistant. Absolutely not the case with Laura Sayers. She is your advocate from start to finish of your transaction. As soon as the earnest money is signed for your purchase she has a cadre of home inspectors from roof, HVAC, pool, termite and also an overall general home inspector. These individuals will go over your home with a fine tooth comb after which you will have a complete picture of the condition of your home. Laura will be present at these inspections and insist on completed reports within 24 hours to include estimates for any repairs recommended. If there are any issues Laura will initiate negotiations to resolve any problems found. In our case she was able to negotiate full price for all repairs recommended. A final note Laura has an excellent Web Page that includes all current listings in the areas of your home search. The Web Page is extremely accurate as it’s updated hourly by a senior member of her staff , her husband, who is a computer programmer. I cannot say enough good things about Laura and her team and their ability to get the job done. I highly recommend you give her a call if you are buying or selling.

Best. Experience. Ever. We had listed with the largest firm in Tucson and expected large results from that broker, only to find that the agent was non-reactive and non-responsive. After 60 days on market, the sale our greatest asset had become our greatest nightmare. We dismissed the agent and pulled the listing.
